Puyallup police have arrested a man suspected of robbing a bank branch in the city last week.

Investigators were tipped to the man's identity after a surveillance photograph of the bandit was released to the media Monday, the department reported today.

The bank robbery occurred Sept. 4. The man walked into Key Bank, 511 River Road, and handed the teller a note demanding cash. After getting an undisclosed amount of cash, he fled the bank.

Puyallup police officers and detectives surrounded the suspect's house in rural Sumner on Thursday. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into Pierce County Jail on suspicion of robbery, police reported.

From inside the home, investigators found several guns and a small marijuana grow operation.

They have the wrong guy unfortunately, and he will loose his job and house if they don't figure out whats really going on. I'm disappointed right now in the justice system. Hope they find the right guy.

Regarding this case, Pierce County prosecutors have charged the man arrested with first-degree robbery.

Two people inside of the bank at the time of the robbery picked out Mitchell Pyle from a photo lineup. A third person could not identify the suspect, according to court documents.

In his home, detectives found a rifle, loaded handgun and a loaded shotgun, according to court documents.

Plye told detectives they didn't have anything from an evidence standpoint and that they were "wrong, big time."

Detectives are wrong and the people that supposingly Identified him from a photo lineup are wrong and not completely sure that is him.The case will unravel and the real suspect is laughing his ass I bet. Well the detectives found no evidence from the robbery in Mr Pyle's house they just a great time turning it upside down looking for anything to convict him. That is real funny because he didn't do it and therefore there is no evidence.Plus the guy in the photo looks like he is wearing clean clothes,Mr.Pyle never wears bright colored shirts or hats and usually his shirts are covered in holes and stained.

Anyone that can put me in touch with Mitchell, PLEASE contact me ASAP. The same thing is being done to my son and he could go to jail for 11 years. The Government has no evidence because he did not do it! Thank God Mitchell was relaeased.
