By now many of you should know about “Two Car Garage,” the forthcoming split disc that the Ventures and the Fabulous Wailers are releasing on April 10 to commemorate their 50th anniversaries. And this morning it was a meeting of Tacoma rock legends, pimped rides and one smokin’ model at Austin's Pro Max on South Tacoma Way for the album cover shoot.
Ventures guitarist Don Wilson (top photo) and the Wailers’ Buck Ormsby posed for a couple of promo shots with Seattle burlesque performer Fuchsia Foxxx, the model recruited for their new album cover. Wilson just recently returned from a tour of Japan during which the Ventures played 22 shows in less than two weeks.
