This week: PGA Tour's AT&T National, Thursday through Sunday, Congressional Country Club, Bethesda, Md.
Second-round score: 2-over-par 72.
Position: Moore (7-over 147) was alone in 106th, and missed the cut by four strokes. Jeff Overton and Tom Pernice, Jr. are co-leaders at 131.
Recap: Not much happened for the Puyallup native this week as his birdie count (four in two rounds) nearly matched his double bogey number (three, including one on the par-4 18th Friday). Hitting 19 of the 36 greens in regulation usually doesn't lend to great scoring, and Moore missed back-to-back cuts for the third time this season.
Next: Moore has one more opportunity to earn a berth to the British Open at next week's John Deere Classic, starting Thursday at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Ill. He would likely have to win that tournament to play in the British Open.
