This week: Nationwide Tour's Price Cutter Charity Championship, Thursday through Sunday, Highland Springs Country Club, Springfield, Mo.

Fourth-round score: Even-par 72.

Position: Putnam (14-under 274) finished tied for 23rd, 12 strokes behind winner Colt Knost (262).

Recap: The field went low, and the Tacoma native had to fight all afternoon just to shoot even-par. That is why he lost 18 spots on the leaderboard after getting into contention with a 65 on Saturday. His putting took another step in the right direction this week as his 1.679 putt per green hit in regulation ranked tied for 15th, although he finished with 31 putts Sunday.

Next: Nationwide Children's Hospital Invitational starting next Thursday at The Ohio State University's Scarlat Course in Columbus, Ohio.
