The last of our touring golf preview profiles focuses on Tacoma's Michael Putnam playing the Nationwide Tour. Here's the story.

The 6-foot-4 Life Christian Academy graduate was inside the top 10 midway through the final stage of PGA Tour Qualifying School, shooting a third-round 63. But he followed that up with a 75, and ended up finishing tied for 107th.

He said when he got home, and had time to wind down, he began reviewing old footage of his swing from college and his first 18 months as a professional, and noticed he was far more flexible and free-flowing than his current swing.
