This week: Nationwide Tour's Moonah Classic, Thursday through Sunday, Moonah Links, Fingal, Victoria, Australia.

World ranking: 645th.

2009 earnings: Zero.

Last tournament: Putnam, a Life Christian Academy graduate, missed the cut at the season-opening Panama Digicel Championship (13-over 153), shooting a first-round 80. The Tacoma golfer has gone through a swing change in the offseason, and said it could be a few events before his game starts clicking. He's had three weeks off to practice before teeing it up in Australia.

Tee time Thursday: 9:20 p.m. PST Wednesday (1:20 p.m. Thursday local time) with Steven Jones and Garrett Osborn.
