This week: Nationwide Tour's Chitimacha Louisiana Open, Thursday through Sunday, Le Triomphe Country Club, Broussard, La.

Fourth-round score: Even-par 71.

Position: Putnam (1-under 283) finished in a group at 53rd, nine strokes behind winner Bubba Dickerson – a good friend of Putnam's.

Recap: The Tacoma golfer had a few issues with his driver, and finished with his worst outing hitting fairways (6-of-14). He had four bogeys in a seven-hole stretch, but finished with birdies at Nos. 12 and 17 to shoot an even-par round.

Next:
Stonebrae Classic at TPC San Francisco starting Thursday in Hayward, Calif.
