This week: PGA Tour's Zurich Classic of New Orleans, Thursday through Sunday, TPC Louisiana, Avondale, La.
Third-round score: 3-over-par 75.
Position: Moore (2-under 214) is tied for 49th, 11 strokes behind leader Jerry Kelly (203).
Recap: Early on, the Puyallup product jumped up in the top 20 with his birdie on the par-5 fourth. Then it got ugly – five bogeys in a seven-hole stretch. Much of it was because of his ball-striking as he hit just eight of 18 greens in regulation. In four of those holes, short shots from around the green left him with par putts of 10 feet or longer. His 11 bogeys are tied for most in the field.
Tee time Sunday: 6:48 a.m. PDT with Eric Axley.
