This week: PGA Tour's HP Byron Nelson Championship, Thursday through Sunday, TPC Four Seasons Resort, Irving, Texas.
World ranking: 1,213th.
2009 earnings: $11,178 (229th on the PGA Tour).
Last tournament: Getting in a playing rhythm is crucial for the players, and for the first time since February, Kelly will play in back-to-back weeks. The Tacoma resident missed the cut at last week's Valero Texas Open (2-over 142), but shot his first even-par score or better (second-round 70) since the second event of the year, at the Bob Hope Classic in late January. He ranks 16th on the tour in par-3 birdie conversion (16.22 percent).
Tee time Thursday: 11:35 a.m. PDT off the first tee with Kris Blanks and Wil Collins.
