![]() It appears that Erik Bedard's series of health maladies this season will continue. Apparently after his last start on Friday, Bedard complained of tightness in his left shoulder. As a precautionary measure, manager Jim Riggleman has decided to push back his next start. No exact timetable has been given for his return. Meanwhile, as I type this, Felix Hernandez is throwing a bullpen session in preparation for starting sometime this week. There is no set date, Riggleman said it could be either Thursday or Friday, depending on how this session goes and the use of Miguel Batista. |
