The state Senate's Republican leadership says in a news release that it disciplined Auburn Sen. Pam Roach on a "personnel matter" last week. That explains the strange Roach press release we got earlier today (see previous post) that sharply criticized Senate Minority Leader Mike Hewitt. The GOP response was delivered by three other members of the Senate Republican's leadership team - Sens. Linda Parlette, Mark Schoesler and Dale Brandland - because they said Hewitt is undergoing a medical procedure.
