COMMENTS:
Too bad the union doesn't consider a strong Washington economy as important as political kinship, if so they would have gone for Rossi. A good economy would boost employment, property values, increase technology jobs, and ultimately result in higher pay for teachers. If only the WEA would promote keeping students in school every day it is in session instead of dozens of half day sessions; allowing and encouraging the removal of ineffective and misbehaving teachers; stop allowing teachers to show cartoons and irrelevant movies as if they were educational (such as the cartoon Ice Age when studying glaciers); and promote true American values instead of diluting them with multiculturalism.
