Seahawks Insider - Mustache caper

Matt Hasselbeck showed up for work Tuesday with a mustache. Wednesday it was gone -- after much razzing from teammates.

"You didn’t see it?" Hasselbeck answered when asked why he shaved it. "It was really bad. In fact, my two-year old son, he was trying to rip it off. He thought it was fake and he clawed me so I was bleeding all night last night. He and I, we actually shaved it off together. It wasn’t as popular at home as it was in the locker room so. They enjoyed laughing at me. I’ve had a few. I think the Reno 911 or even Jeff Hostettler, the Giants quarterback quite possibly.”

Hass is the number one Hawk of all time in terms of simply enjoying a star player and his interviews. He's classic.

I caught of glimpse of the 'stache, it was classic 70's porn star. I figured he was growing it out for the playoff run to Arizona!!!
