No, the Seahawks do not already have a picture of their new signing, defensive back Omare Lowe; this is a picture from when he was in camp in 2005, before being released. Tim Ruskell continues to try to add depth to the roster before he heads into the draft and the subsequent mini-camps. The deal, initially reported by ESPN.com, is for one year and $605,000.

Like many other players on the roster, Lowe, a UW alum, has Atlanta connections. He played for the Falcons under Jim Mora in 2005 and 2006. Here is a full bio.
