All we need now are lots of pictures.

Am I the only guy here that doesn't know what "VMAC" stands for? Probably.

So okay, what do the letters V-M-A-C mean?

Don't tell me it's the new Renton training facility, I know that. What do the letters stand for?

Virginia Mason Athletic Center

Awesome!

Now all Ruskell needs to do is hire the staff from the Falcons to fill it up.

All the reporters have taken tours of the place but refuse to give us any pictures whatsoever.

Hey Frank,

Glad to see you're willing to dive into Excel and tables. Readers go ga-ga over tables of stats and such.

One of my favorites from the past was when a previous writer took the time to chart the various formations that the Seahawks lined up in and who got the target/carry. It was very cool.

Quick tip. Look into formatting the table with some color as an added bonus. Readers will eat it up.

Does anybody have any idea what the soon to be old Kirkland facility will be used for once the Hawks move into this beautiful new place? Just a curiousity that crossed my mind.

Go Hawks!

Peace,
Kris

going to be great next season...I am skipping work as much as humanly possible

The old facility isn't theirs, they just lease it during the Summer. It's Northwest University, an awesome Christian University in Kirkland. www.northwestu.edu .

So it will just be available for the University's Summer programs, rather than reserved for Seahawks training camp and mini-camps.

Discnutt says VMAC = Virginia Mason Athletic Center

Thank you.

Hi Frank,

What happens next year during training camp, are the players going to go home each night or are there "dorm" rooms.

In order to practice on the type of fields they will be kicking on for away games, VMAC needs to have a torn-up patch of Astroturf (Meadowlands), one peat bog (Lambeau/Steelers Field), etc. to replicate the away games for the kickers.
