We are meeting with Mike Holmgren in about 15 minutes for the first time since the roster cuts were made and in preparation for Sunday's game against the Bills. I'll detail that after the presser is over.

The funniest part about the Bills interviews were when Aaron Schobel forgot Walter Jones' first name, calling him Willie. Then he asked, "What is his name, you guys from Seattle?" When he was teased that he forgot Walter's name, he said, "I'm bad with names. Don't go telling him I forgot his name. That's why I hate doing these things."

Schobel said that when he played against Walter four years ago, he was the best he had faced in the league. Better than Jonathan Ogden and better than Willie Roaf because of his combination of size, speed, power and athleticism.

Dick Jauron was not very outgoing, saying all the right things. He said it is a little difficult to prepare for the Seahawks' new running game because there is no in-season film from which to study. But, he said, he thought on Mike Holmgren, his one-time boss, always has been that Holmgren doesn't care if you know what he is running; his teams execute their stuff so well that he basically dares you to stop him.

He said that he thinks the Bills' offensive line, minus Jason Peters, has come together pretty well because it got the opportunity to play together the entire preseason. He said Langston Walker is doing a very nice job at left tackle.

Responding to one of his players saying he predicts the Bills will make the playoffs, Jauron was a little more reserved, saying he is confident they have a good team, he is glad his players are confident, they are well prepared -- but everything has to go right for them to make the playoffs.

By the way, the weather forecast for the game is 72 degrees with a 20 percent chance of rain. Should be nice and mild. Of course, that's what they said before the Green Bay game last January.
