Clare Farnsworth provides some news and notes from practice at Seahawks.com.

ESPN's Mike Sando also provides some interesting observations in his report from practice.

Gregg Bell of the Associated Press writes that Jim Mora says Michael Vick deserves a second chance in the NFL, but it won't be in Seattle.

Tony Ventrella of Seahawks.com details the team's visit to Ft. Lewis.

Furness also talked with offensive lineman Max Unger in this audio link.
