Seahawks Insider

Coach Mike Holmgren has confirmed that the Seahawks have replaced SS Michael Boulware with DB Jordan Babineaux for this game and perhaps additional games. They will essentially trade places, according to Holmgren. On offense, Rob Sims could get some work at left guard, although Chris Spencer remains in the mix. Holmgren also alluded to the return of Floyd Womack perhaps next week. In the past I thought Spencer would keep the job because, as a first-round pick, the thought was that he would perform well and grow into the position. That has not happened so far, which means they'll try other options. This is one of the Seahawks' very few performance-related changes on the offensive line since I have been covering the team (1998).
