With two matches left in the season, the Tide control their own destiny. With 2 wins they would clinch a playoff berth for the 2nd year in a row. Step 1 was July 12th @ the Cascade Surge.
Saturday night, the Tide saw themselves down 1-0, just 30 seconds into the match. Once they got the ball rolling, they came back to take a 3-1 advantage. The suspense was not gone their though. Late in the 2nd half, the Surge came back to equal things up at 3-3 before Rory Agu beat his defender and the goal keeper to make it a 4-3 thrilling victory.

The Tide's crucial final match is at Curtis High School Stadium on July 19th. Kickoff is 7:00pm. The Tide need to win or tie the Yakima Reds to advance to the playoffs.
