Primarily, our coverage here will focus on the City of Seattle’s attempt to bring the NBA back to Seattle. But we also will provide updates on the Portland Trail Blazers, the Oklahoma City Thunder and area players plying their trade for other teams in the NBA.

Keeping an eye on the NBA and Seattle's efforts to get back into the game

Some quick hits on what’s happening with the Sonics and around the league.

If you didn’t listen to KJR last night, Sen. Margarita Prentice was on with Elise and Ian, telling fans to not give up on the Sonics. A pretty interesting conversation.

As usual, a frank Prentice didn’t hold back, and says Gov. Gregoire has been having conversations in the background with local business folks interested in keeping the team here.

It appears Kevin Durant might be headed to the USA practice squad according to this report.

The big news of the day is disgraced NBA referee Tim Donaghy surrendered to authorities on Wednesday and pleaded guilty to affecting and betting on games he worked.

And here’s an interesting legal analysis by Chicago attorney Lester Munson on the Donaghy scandal.

Bosh is out to injury.

I really can't see 3 PGs on the roster.

Collison and Durant have excellent chances of making the roster.
