Post-Sonics Watch
Feeling lost without your Seattle SuperSonics? Seattle-area NBA fans face their first season without an NBA team in 41 years. Primarily, our coverage here will focus on the City of Seattle’s attempt to bring the NBA back to Seattle. But we also will provide updates on the Portland Trail Blazers, the Oklahoma City Thunder and area players plying their trade for other teams in the NBA.

Eric Williams covered the Sonics' last season in Seattle. A Tacoma native, Eric graduated from Mount Tahoma High and the University of Puget Sound.

Keeping an eye on the NBA and Seattle's efforts to get back into the game

No surprises here. After touring the Ford Center in Oklahoma City and meeting with civic leaders there the NBA relocation committee will recommend to the owners that they vote to allow for the move of the Sonics to Oklahoma City.

I'll have more later.

ESPN said that Bennett would leave the name, colors, and records in Seattle. What a guy thanks to him and the NBA were money is all that counts. In a couple years I guess we can have the NBA begging us to take the Hornets because there is no place that they can draw a crowd. A team that is #2 in the west and still having troubles? Bring them back Bennett and leave the Sonics here.

Stern again shows what an embicile he is. He's an embarassment to the league!

I am DONE with the NBA. They can shove it up their @sses.

Screw you Stern and Bennett and Schultz!

I've been cheering for the Sonics since '78, when I was twelve. Thanks for throwing it in my face!

I'll never watch another NBA game. Go Hawks!
